About Me

Growing up, Harry Potter was my world. I still expect to find a letter to Hogwarts in my mailbox. 😉
I remember reading my first HP book in the fourth grade. My teacher was reading The Goblet of Fire aloud to the class, and I was so enraptured by the story that I immediately asked for a library pass and checked out the first three books of the series. I don't think I left my room for days.

That enthusiasm and excitement didn't disappear just because I got older. I want to read books that inspire me and take me to inconceivable places. A book needs to elicit some form of emotion from me, whether it's good or bad. I've thrown books at walls, cried until my eyes were puffy and red, and laughed until people stared at me like I had lost my mind. I want to read books that make me feel, and when I do, I want to be able to share them with you.

Things I've started on this blog:
I make all of my own buttons, and I love to share! If you see one that you like, take it! You don't even have to ask. 😁 Also, if you need something specific, I would be happy to help. You can email me at doyoudogear(at)gmail(dot)com.
